30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, to be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened with the safety seal fully intact.
• In the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Purchased directly from our website.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@truevitalshealth.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Get Instructions: Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Ship It Back: Carefully package your items and send them back to us. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We do our best to ensure every order is perfect, but mistakes happen! If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@truevitalshealth.com with a photo of the package so we can make it right.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25! For orders under $25, standard rates apply at checkout.

Standard Shipping — $6.95 CAD for orders under $25

Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery: After your order ships, you can expect it to arrive within:

• 2–4 business days (ON/QC)
• 3–6 business days (West & Atlantic)
• 5–10 business days (remote areas)

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.
